Excellent video!! Much easier than staying up, waiting for it! Now I can just watch the video, next time I'm in the mood for a date change!

I thought it was time to contribute something more substantial to the forum

I actually filmed this and uploaded it to You Tube from my iPhone, I'm pretty proud of myself for doing this. I'm so computer illiterate it's embarrassing. Took one for the team

Is it my PC, or does that GMT have a green date wheel? I like that mod.

I would guess its not a mod and its green to match the writing on the dial and the hand?

Cool video! I too had to watch it a second time to catch the date change

Mine came with a black date wheel, pretty sure it has been modified

That ought to be an auto-reply sticky for the next time we see: "Does your Rolex make a sound when it changes date each night?"

I watched mine tick over last night as well. GMT just like in the video as well! Definitely makes a very satisfying click.

I never thought to watch for the date-change.
I have a late night coming up on Saturday. I will watch for the change.
(I will get a bagging from my friends if they find out what I'm doing)
Then again, by midnight we will be on to the Port so noone will notice.
