Help!
Hi everyone,
I am debating if I should trade my ss rubberclad for a rg roc. My problem is that I have a daytona and once I get that rg roc it'll feel like the same watch. Also I am not gonna get rid of my daytona I have strong sentimental feelings toward it. So any suggestion? Or should I just get a pam 233 and call it a day. |

Why don't you upgrade your rubber clad for the 44mm Novelty Steel/Ceramic instead maybe?

100% I'd change the SS RC for a RG ROC. The 44 is amazing like Roger suggested. Not sure how it reminds you of Transformers...I collect those and don't see a resemblance. Besides, who doesnt like G1 transformers????????

Anyways, sounds like sports watches aren't your thing. So yes, I'd dump your current AP and the Daytona and get the 44mm RG ROC. Think that watch is a stunner (more dressy than sporty--less transformers ). |

The AP ROC is very different from a Daytona even though both are chronos. The shape, size and finishing are all on different levels.

Personally, I do think ROC looks a ton different compared to a Daytona (except they have the same 3,6,9 chronograph layout). It has a totally different case design, bezel design, dial texture, bracelet design, pushers design and of course the ROC has a date too. Hence, the only main concern should be whether you love the SS RC or the RG ROC more.

You are good where you are...I like the idea of adding the 233 to the mix.
