WTB: Pre-owned 116713LN or any modern Rolex in Canada.Any Canadian sellers out there?

Ive been eyeing a two tone gmt2 for a couple of months now but i rather skip out on buying it through an american seller due to very obvious reasons ie customs and taxes especially as pre-owned (because even after usd-cad conversion all savings go to taxes and duties and i could just buy a new one at that point - story of Canadian watch buyers lol...struggle is very real). Like my title says,it does'nt have to absolutely be a gmt2..I'm pretty open minded as far as what i might like to buy...I'm just curious to see if there are any reputable sellers/regular private resellers out there from Canada that i could at least follow up on to see if anything peeks my interest in the next bit?..i know theres Bobby from Montreal (great guy btw) but he sells mostly brand new watches (all his rolex listings are brand new) and thats not exactly what I'm looking for.
