That pic is so small I can't even see Modric and Bale. Doesn't Ronaldo also have a SS Daytona? Must be the team watch!

I would have expected Richard Mille, or at least platona or a private jet

There's something about a SS Rolex that speaks volumes no matter how much money a person makes....

From what I've noticed, probably the most popular reference amongst futballers.

Since they are both wearing the same watch how much do you wanna bet that even with all thier money that they did not pay for them.

Geez. I really sound like a hater. Great picture and they look like nice guys.

Unfortunately, as you all know, we live in a world of celebrity endorsements and advertising and for them both to have the same watch on at the same time for a photo clearly showing the watch, you can be pretty sure the whole team were given one.......

And us TRFers are probably the only people who don't need another celebrity nudge to buy a Rolex......

It appears those two were the only ones who wore the SS Daytona.

Damn I hate imageshack. I have photos there that have become useless due to their absurd pricing demands.

Still looks like a Rolex endorsement to me..... a white face dial for a team that wears all white...... and even just two out of 11 with exactly the same watch still looks like a giveaway to me.......

It was actually 24 players who went to Melbourne, out of those 24, two wore the SS Daytona.

You seem very certain that the Real Madrid players have never been given a white dial SS Daytona. I assume you also have photos of all the players on that trip......

I just imagine these guys pay for very little themselves in the form of luxury goods and have endless opportunities for freebies. This watch is also a rather low grade Rolex in the grand scheme of things, especially for players of their wealth and status. It therefore just looks like a watch that would have been given to the team by Rolex or a national jeweller in Spain for publicity purposes. Whether they were all wearing them at this moment in time or just the two in the photo still looks to me like a team freebie........

But ultimately, I don't really care .........

Awesome picture, very rarely can you have the true impression of how a watch wears in real life just from looking at an image, which is exactly what this pic shows.

The real question is why isn't Bale wearing the team polo?
Is he on his way out of RM?
