I have been selling on eBay for just over a year now.

I have 37 transactions for just under $75,000. With ZERO negative feedback.

I think this can make a better statement as far as my business ethics go then my own words will.

When I bought this Rolex i paid $5,500 for it. The owner of the Jeweler store that did the appraisal appraised the watch for over $8,000. I trust that he knew much more then I did regarding Rolex watches as I knew nothing.

But I still trust his evaluation as he has been in the business for over 50 years and had many Rolex watches in his own inventory.

Really don't want my business to have a bad name on this forum so if anyone has better knowledge then what I have or a different opinion then what I paid the Professional Jeweler to appraise, just message me. No need to talk on here as if I am a "scammer" when clearly my track record shows I am anything but..

If you aren't trying to scam then why did you use the identical appraisal from an identical fake submariner you sold on Oct 19th? Did that buyer smarten up before sending you $5100 for a $100 watch?

You should really get the money back from your Professional Jeweler for the appraisal.

First, would be mistaken, and your trust in that "evaluation" is irrelevant. Second, that is the lamest "appraisal" I think I've ever seen, and is basically worthless. Without including the serial number of the watch (let alone pictures, as is standard), there is no way to link that "appraisal" to that specific watch. It could be for any "stainless steel Submariner" out there.

Furthermore, the watch is an obvious fake, and anyone in the business "for over 50 years" with "many Rolex watches in his own inventory" would be able to spot it from a mile away (hence the assumption that your story is BS).

You might know little about Rolex, but everyone knows if you can wind a watch it iswn't battery powered and if it has a battery you can't wind it. You know you have a fake.

But hey, at least you gave the buyer and the world your complete address and phone number on the appraisal in case they have any issues.
