Need bigger pics to be 100% sure, but I have seen similar before and it's probably just a custom-painted dial on a genuine watch.

It's been for sale for about 2 years now and for good reason lol, it comes up every 6 months or so here in watch out. It is authentic apart from that horrible custom dial.
