I'm no Gerardo but...
This is going to taste pretty good in about 3 hours.
My homemade Boxing Day chili! The wife & daughter are making salad, corn bread and brownies for desert. Everyone's coming over so...: family + friends + food + board games + football = our low pressure hang agenda.  Happy Holidays TRF  PS Thanh Do: I think my SD4K has become my "go to" holiday watch. You're to blame for that!  PSS: The SD4K handles kitchen grease as good as it handle the depths!

Sorry... I did a lousy job taking pics along the way. Was too busy with everything going on I forgot. A great day was had by all and I only have a serving or two leftover for later. I guess folks going back for seconds is a good sign Have a great day
