Seconds hand spinning backwards???
I have a 1986 16013. I sent it in to have the dial swapped out. After a long two week wait (I had to send the watch to California to have the dial swapped under warranty) I go to set the time. First thing I notice wrong? I pull the crown out to the last setting and the seconds hand does not stop moving.... The seconds hand used to ALWAYS stop. This allowed me to accurately set the time to the second. Not only that, but if when i put a little tension on the crown pin, the seconds hand started going in the OPPOSITE DIRECTION!? what the hell is going on!? I wanted the dial swapped, not a time machine!
Anyways im looking to see if you guys have a clue why something like this would happen, and what could the watchmaker have messed up during the dial swap. Thanks in advance everyone |

did you send the watch to RSC for the dial swap or did you have an independent do it?

Was it this dial you change to?
It sounds like the small plate that stops the movement in hacking mode is broken or the winding axle is in wrong position.
