are you referring to the crown?
funny thing is I just saw a 1680 tonight that I know is genuine and it had the same crown-let me see if I can find the screen shot. |

This watch is a fake Rolex. He has no feedback to speak of, no box or papers, the cyclops is intentionally hidden to distort or hide date magnification, the bezel is turned to hide bezel minute marker alignment, the numbers on the side of the watch look cheaply engraved, the case side with the numbers looks forged and not even lining, the dial crown looks off, the pictures are blurry to hide the watch intentionally, etc.
