How does this AP ROC look?

I posted in the AP forum. But i'm hoping any knowledgeable members can take a look and let me know what they think of this watch

I know absolutely nothing about AP, but the first thing that jumps out at me about that watch is the rough machining on the bracelet, bezel and case back and why is there a Rolex hang tag on it?

Thanks for your response. Can't tell if its rough machining or is it just the quality of the picture or lighting. This watch is being sold as a preowned watch but unsure why it has the rolex hang tag

The tag is super weird. I love that watch though. Was looking at getting one but decided on a ROO Panda. Hopefully one day to own both.

Where are you looking at this watch? At a watch broker or jewelry store?

Yes it looks like they ar copying the Rolex hand tag style. Also looks like a couple of the screws on the caseback have corrosion or something on the head.
