best brown leather chronograph?

i am a relative newbie, having only one watch, a SS GMT-IIc. 9 months later i've got the itch for a second watch. i'm fascinated by chronographs and thought brown leather with a white face would be a good addition to my (soon to be) portfolio of watches.

my budget is <$6k so that leaves out some beauties that i've tried on.

anyone have any suggestions?

Seiko Spring Drive has a nice one, around 7K.

JLC Master Compressor Chronograph, in black but one can request a strap change.

Chronoswiss also make some interesting Chrono's based on the valjoux 7750 movement.

Maybe you can give us some size preferences, multi-dial vs central display etc.

I like the Omega DeVille chrono. My absolute favorite would be the Zenith EP Class Chrono. The newer ones retail for over $6k, but the older ones (5 years) can be picked up for under $4k if you can find one.

This one is a beauty at $3500 street price. Personally I'd go the extra $100 and go full steel.

A little more complication and pricier but with the same brown leather theme.
