Tudor 7021/0 help
I just received this 7021/0 and would appreciate some feedback. The hour markers don't glow but the hands and pearl do. Does this mean they're replacements? Also the data wheel has all black numbers, not the roulette I had hoped for and it has a gloss dial? Just trying to figure out what's been replaced and if I should keep it. Still trying to learn about the Tudor Snowflakes. Thanks!

I'm on the fence on wether or not to return it. It was described as "original" except for the Rolex bracelet. Service dial, hands, insert and no roulette date wheel, I feel the watch was not described accurately by the seller. Too good to true for $5k.

7021s usually show age. This one has been restored. If you want an orig one that is appealing then they hit $7k easy. Got a pic of the back and printing between the lugs?

Here's a few more pics Harry. Unfortunately I could only get one side of the bracelet off because of the tape. So did all 7021's have a roulette date wheel??

Depending on what you paid, it may be an ok deal. NOT if you were expecting an original watch. As said previously, there are a lot of service parts, and the ones replaced decrease the value. As Harry said, most in original condition are north of $7k now so if you're willing to go above that mark and want original, I'd suggest returning if you can and finding an example you'll be happy with.

Thanks Jason. I paid 5k. It might be a nice compromise to keep it based on costs of Black Bay models and what originals are going for.

Id say $5k is fair considering the dial, hands and insert would be around $2-$2500 give or take. Its still a great looking watch and you get the added benefit if the lume at night

Thanks everyone for their input!
Can anyone tell me if the if there were any 7021's made without the red/black roulette date wheel??? The one on this watch is the silver wheel with black dates. |
