FSOT: Rolex Datejust 16000 from 1987 (vintage) tritium black glossy dial, jubilee
Model: Rolex Datejust Ref. 16000
Serial: 989XXXX (1987) Materials: Steel case with steel smooth bezel Movement: Cal 3055 automatic movement with quickset date. It hasn't been officially timed but it keeps great time for daily wear. Case: 36mm with 20mm drilled lugs. Small nick on top left lug and bottom right lug as shown in photos. Watch has fat lugs so it can be polished without worry, but I do not polish my watches. Dial: Glossy black dial with even patina tritium markers. Also has a closed seconds track which is quite rare. Bracelet: Jubilee bracelet in very nice condition for it’s age showing minimal stretch. Clasp closes and locks firmly in place as if it were new. This watch is in great condition for it's age and comes with glossy black dial with tritium markers. The dial also includes a closed seconds track which seems to be rare as well. The date wheel is also correct showing open 6 and 9’s, and the movement has been recently serviced. Asking $3550.00 OBO shipped from Atlanta, Georgia. Trades of Patek and Rolex welcome. Overnight shipping and insurance is included in the USA. Email all questions to joel@vintagecrowns.com. I am an independent watch enthusiast and I am not affiliated with Rolex USA in anyway.
