Question: How can I get around this restriction when I try to post an image using the attachment feature? The following message keeps appearing...
The Dimension limits for this filetype are 1250 x 1250. We were unable to resize your file so you will need to do so manually and upload it again. Your file is currently 3264 x 2448. All constructive help appreciated. |

Use software to resize the image.
Where are you posting from?

Get around the restriction?
Just resize your image and you're done. |

I asked the same question. Got a great response from TRF Member (Yannis). He gave me the link to:http://resizeimage.net Resize in step 4 and 'follow your nose' it's quite straightforward. Feel free to PM me if you struggle. I've used it just the once, so I'm an expert now! |

I use Tapatalk and have no issues. just locate TRF and pick the tread you want to post. I haven't ever had an image not work that way. Cheers!

Make sure that the photo is not more than 1250 pixels wide or high.
Apart from the pixel size, your photo should be about 100kb-200kb. The modern cameras today take photos that are 5mb or much more which is way way too big. So you need a program that will reduce the pixel size and the size of the digital information i.e from megabytes to kilobytes.
