Happy 34th birthday to my Seiko

A big happy birthday today to my Seiko 7A28-7020 , I bought this watch 34 years ago today from Zales in Chester for £127.50 which was quite expensive for a Seiko back in 84 . Its been my most accurate watch I've ever owned , been serviced 3 times & had about 20 batteries in its life . It's also a Bond watch & was won by Roger Moore in A View to a kill in 1985 .

Happy birthday! I was looking at these for a while. Great looking piece and quite a good retro vibe to them (like my seiko king quartz).

Did you use the chrono feature much over the years?

Yes I've used it quite a lot in the past, including timing the amount of gas used in a gas meter over two minutes. I was still on the tools as a gas engineer.
