Incoming (platinum content!)
After chasing a platinum DD 36 for nearly 20 years, I had the good fortune to acquire this piece a few days ago. Despite living in a metropolitan area and traveling extensively, I’ve only seen the platinum DD in person three times (and always only with the glacier Roman dial). I had never seen this wave dial in person before. I was on the fence about the two dials but when I saw this configuration I knew it was right for me! Very excited to share with you!

Thanks!! For comparison this was the glacier Roman. I liked the versatility of the wave with the blue numbers.

Thanks everyone! I wasn’t expecting to get the call that day so I was wearing my WG Daytona with panda dial when I went to pick it up. This platinum DD feels heavier than my WG DD but lighter than the WG Daytona.
