Picked this up a couple of weeks ago.

From the brief research that I did, its a 1973 ACRP 88-5021 Stopwatch. Kind of neat and fun for days at the track I suppose.

Even includes the original box

Very nice piece, very different as you say, but great keepsake and I could use something like that to time my cooking on the BBQ or the frying pan

Very nice! Is it quartz or mech? Seiko were blazing the trail for quartz around then.

Though I’d guess their quartz stop watches were all digital. It would be difficult to get a sub second analog quartz with the power that’d require with 70s tech.
