Tudor 79280 jubilee bracelet help

Hi all,

Just asking for help. Does anyone know where I can get links for the Tudor? I've tried the AD but they're not available anymore, tried eBay and chrono24 with no luck.

Interesting that the links are no longer available. I'm trying to find screws for my Tudor Chrono "jubilee" bracelet and they have been on backorder for many months.

You will probably have to keep checking ebay or purchase a donor bracelet to get the links you need and then sell off the bracelet to someone with a smaller wrist.

The Tudor's "Jubilee" is actually called the Prince Bracelet.

The earlier 79280's Prince bracelet is the reference 62490/632SEL, fitted with alternating polished/brushed 5-piece links and normal folding clasp.

This is no longer in production and replaced with ref: 62590/632SEL where the 3 middle (of the 5-piece) links are polished and with a "sportier" locking clasp.

A couple of my previous posts (the threads have a few other photos showing both reference)

You can still purchase/order a new 62590 bracelet or additional links from RSC.
If you want to fit a 62590 link on a 62490 bracelet, you can just brush the middle piece of the 5-piece link to suit.

Once in a blue moon you'll find them over on chrono-shop net or Ebay,
so I think RSC is your best bet.

Not to hijack this thread, but you wouldn't happen to have a part # for the correct screws for the 62590 bracelet by chance?

I'm trying to figure out if they use the same screws as one of the Rolex bracelets as those might be easier to find.

Thanks
James

I'm sorry James, do not have that info with me now.
The next time around when I rotate my watches, will retrieve my 79280 from the safe and see if I can take out a link and compare the screws with any of the Rolex's ones.

Hopefully someone on the boards would have furnished the info for you before then. There are actually a lot of Tudor Chronos experts on TRF.

Thank you for the information, I do indeed it seems have the older bracelet with the simpler single folding clasp.
