My new Explorer by a country mile. Outperforms all previous Rolex purchases and any other brand for that matter. Currently averaging +0.2 secs per day, phenomenal

My OP is just as accurate as my manual wind (ETA 2804-2) Hamilton. Both average+1 a day.

After many Pateks, etc the Rolex SS SkyD blue is +/-2 seconds after about a month. Sub ND / Daytona / DD40 are all about +/-1 second a day. Pateks were about +/-3 seconds a day and would vary more day-to-day than a Rolex (read: Rolex tends to be consistently 'accurate' in being +1 second a day).

Rolex with the new movements have trounced any other manufacture I have owned and I had a Omega PO that was very good. My CHNR runs perfect for 3 weeks and counting. Both watches I have tested with the new movement beats the new +2 and -2 standard easily. The SD43 was +.50 in 4 days and CHNR cruises weeks at 0.0 seconds.

Discounting several radio controlled watches, my 30 year old Oysterdate is the most accurate. Set the time on the 28th of October due to clocks going back and its still spot on to the second. After that its my Tudor black bay ETA.

My DJ41 when consistently worn. I had it at pretty much 0.0 accuracy when I wore it 4 or so times a week. In the winder, however, it loses about 2-3 seconds/day.

Most my rolexes are around +2 seconds a day. Newest DSSD with 3235 is +2.25 per day. Most accurate is my AP 44mm at slightly less than .5 seconds a day.

My Sub is usually within 1 second of atomic time the whole month. It gains about a second during the day, and when I set it at 3H over night it's back to within 0.5s of atomic time in the morning.

Well one of my most accurate and I do not obsess like many of forum to the exact second,is a Chinese made $60 Seagull ST19 powered Alpha watch after a bit of fine tuning ran well inside COSC spec consistently.As for my Rolex all accurate enough within a few seconds out of 86400 in a day.In my present state when I wake up and can see and read the time that proves I am still alive, thats far more important than obsessing over a miniscule few seconds.
