Subby's off on his first holiday....

Hi guys,

Come Sunday (Saturday for most of you), the whole family goes off to Lake Taupo for a 5-day holiday.

Naturally, I'll be taking along the SS Sub while the 2 blingy models can sit at home in the safe!!

If I can't find internet connection in Taupo, there's a strong possibility you guys won't see me for 5 days starting Sunday.

Please don't fret too much.....at least the forum server will move faster!!!

You can read a bit about Lake Taupo here.... http://www.laketauponz.com/taupo.html

Cheers - JJ

New Zealand is so beautiful!! This is a nice place you are going to JJ, have fun! Also away from the forum means more time with the Mrs which is good news (at least for her)!!

Have a good one, we'll miss you . Taupo is a cool place. You should check out the Bungy and see if Subby likes heights.

And now I must really rush off, buddy. It's coming up to 6:20 am here.

Have a great time JJ!

Look forward to hearing from you when you get back.

By the way, do you feel the platty is to flashy for everday use?

I am thinking about getting one because I feel my TTsub is a bit to flashy.

What do you think pal?

Well, I guess any Rolex would be a bit too flashy for everyday use, but who cares?

Platty is very beautiful but remember it's a HIGH maintenance watch. Scratch that Pt. bezel and you're looking at mega bucks to fix it.
