Rolex Oysterquartz 17014/ 17013 Question

Hi All

I want to ask the question for the dial of Oysterquartz 17014/ 17013.

If the Oysterquartz 17014/ 17013 is R or L series (1987 - 1989), the 6 O'clock should be mark "T Swiss Made T"?

If the dial is Swiss Made, that mean it is service dial? Thanks.
