Have bought a new Rolex from them before and arrived perfect.

I would contact them immediately and let them know of the problem.

I believe they are reliable.

Update

Hey, I'm looking at a listing they have and just wanted to see if you had an update on your watch... Do u have a phone # or something to call them? I live in miami so I rather go in person to see it before buying it threw ebay, but can't seem to find it.

Thanks!

The owner Joel is arrogant, he does have an excellent selection of grey market pieces at good prices and will always deliver, never rip you of. I'll make that clear first that he is at least a man of his word and always delivers. That being said, he's arrogant and if you're not as knowledgeable about Rolex as he is, he won't give you the time of day. All his warranty cards are from Africa and Brazil, I don't think he knows any US AD's that deal will with him. But he's better than some of the others in Miami that are polishing watches putting new stickers on them and selling as new. Overall, you'll get your watch the next day, 100% authentic but he's a dick. I personally bought 20+ watches from him, including 3 or 4 solid gold for $30-40k and he wouldn't knock $200 off a stainless Datejust to close a deal during the covid lockdown when I'm out of work. This guys cares about making money and his Ferrari payment, cares nothing for his customers. I've since realized there are boatloads of dealers better than him who are at least nice to their customers, give fair buy-back prices and are pleasant to do business with. Overall MVP watches and U SAVE ON TIME are not grey market dealers you want to deal with, I'd spend my money elsewhere.

Um. Dude. Why are you reviving a thread from 10+ years ago? Where did you even find it?

Likely fake and your AD will absolutely NOT "verify" if it's real. That is one of the things they hate most when people come in asking for this. Can you take your valuable time and verify this watch I did not buy from you". I think once they touch it they also have some sort of legal obligation. They're not going to touch it, you should never have purchased this watch-post a photo of the watch and the warranty card and I'll tell you now if it's fake. At the very least it's been tampered wit...changed bezel, non AD repaired, bezel change. If it has no card, I'm sorry but it's fake.

You are talking to a guy from 11 years ago. I doubt he's waiting for an opinion now.
