Looks like a BLNR except the coloring is dark on the GMT hand. But then again it's dark on the insert as well except for a third of it looking blue.

That looks like cerachrom with gold letters; perhaps a YG GMT with green GMT hand that looks blue due to poor lighting?

It is a BLNR, quite hard to capture the colours properly with our lighting.
