Icon7 Daytona tt with paul newman dial

I like to make some changes in my collection and started with the PN dial.

That looks awesome! In the US that dial is only available on an all yellow gold model, did you have someone change it out for you?

Truly beautiful watch and pic. Here's my question: I have NEVER seen the TT Daytona with this dial available for sale at any AD nor catalogued by Rolex. Is this combo truly available from Rolex or must one order the dial and have it installed? Probably not possible for a great many reasons known olnly to Rolex...Or is it simply photoshop ?? Wingate Watches had this configuration available for sale use a few months ago. Always wondered about it.
