Dd40 dial swaps at RSC??

I’m sure this has been asked in the past but i figured I would ask for the most up to date info. So let’s say I have a DD40 I have worn for a while and want to swap the dial. The watch is a 2018 still well under factory warranty

Will RSC still do dial swaps ? If they do what does it typically cost and can you keep your dial or do they make you give it up ? Will they issue you anew card that shows the new dial color? Any info would be great my fellow members could give me. Thanks in advance

They will swap if for any current dials. You will not keep the other dial. Rolex will take it. As far as I know, no new card but not 100% sure.

Yes they will swap it. You just have to pay.

As long as its a configuration that comes with that metal from factory. I dont think they will give you a new warranty card though.

I believe you’ll also have to pay for a service. I spoke in person to an agent at the Sydney RSC and a champagne dial for a 18238 ran about $725-$750 USD. Prices went up from there. Not really your question, but I asked about switching to a green dial that’s available for 118238s and they said no even though it would fit my 18238.

they'll only switch to a dial that's available on the model you have

I recall hearing you had to wait until the 1 year anniversary of a new dial/release.

As said above provided the dial / metal matches an existing release
