Patek Philippe 3445 white gold blue dail
Hi friends,
Correct me if I am wrong, when it comes to the autmatic 3445, it is my understanding that white gold tends to worth more than the yellow gold due to less production volume. Majority of the findings in the market has been white gold case with silver dail which looks great. Recently, I found a white gold case with blue dail. It looks very special. I just wonder if anyone of you know anything about the white gold case blue dail 3445? Is it rare? is that value higher than the silver dail one which uses the same case? and how does that compare to the yellow case one? I am just curious to know how these few color rank in the market in terms of prices. grateful if anyone can share any interesting views Reply to Thread |

Prices for wg 3445 have stabilised ( read - not going up for a while now)
I have been offered one with a blue dial but the premium was way too much It is a beautiful watch though Have one seen 3445 in yg pink and white gold but suspect there may be one or two in plat out there Julian |

So was the blue dail you saw price higher than the silver dail in whit gold case?
In general, I find white gold silver dail more expensive than yellow gold, but as blue dail is harder to find, just wonder if its price is higher. I notice that blue dails are usually a later production on the 3445 history. Usually after 70 |

Julian There are a few Platinum 3445 floating out there. Very expensive - 10X YG versions. If it also has diamond dial 15-20X. |

I was considering a blue dail WG vs a standard silver dail YG. Price are surprisingly similar. As the value of the blue dail might be significantly higher than YG, I had a initial inclination to choose the WG mainly due to its rareness. Honestly I think I like YG more as it looks more vintage and simply prettier, but at the same time think that it may be too ordinary which I can find many other similar pp and cost less. After a closer look, I was disappointed to find out the blue dails lug was repaired with a very ugly black dot. I wonder how much would that affect the watch value and it does bother me. So I think I will go for the YG instead. Not sure if that's a right choice |

A welded lug? cut the price at least in half.

Does anyone know how to adjust date on the 3445 movement? Any quick adjust like turning from 9 to 12?

Best to keep this on a winder if you do not wear it often. That's what I do.
