42 mm rolex submariner?
Do rolex plan to make a bigger submariner with 42mm case, because 40 mm is too small for 2020.

Throw a poll and I suspect most will prefer a 40mm sub to a 42mm steroids-boosted so-2020 diver. But then again, I could be completely off.

They do its called the SD43...smart ass aside. I think that was their intention with the new SD release a nice middle ground for someone wanting a larger watch without the size of the DSSD. Course Rolex could surprise us all and release a larger sub, but would be really surprised if they did.

10 years ago I think large watches were trendy and fashionable. These days, not so much.

Not all Millennials want bigger watches. Same way as, not all Millennials wear colored socks, with high water slim fit suit pants, a smart watch, and pay $6.00 for a cup of coffee at “ Blue Bottle Coffee “ Some like traditional watches, and fashion. Big watches, high water pants, smart watches are trendy. Usually, over time, that trend goes away.

Refer to the Sea-Dweller and the Deepsea. Submariner for heritage reasons will be resistant to size changes for a long time

It’s time for rolex to change. Baby boomers and gen x were good customers, but times goes by. Millenials ar dominating the market now, they want huge submariner - a statement watch. They play games, watch e-sporta and want something new, not a small grandpas clock
