Something Green... Part two

I know my post about acquiring the new green sub yesterday was a fail on a colossal scale. Hoping for a wee bit of redemption, asked my SA to send pics of the watches that I left there, including the DJ for my mom’s upcoming birthday - both are green.

Will share more after I get back to pick up. Have a great weekend everyone

Haha, you didn't have to prove it. I wouldn't want them unnecessarily touching my precious ;)

That green sub looks huge on the wrist with the lugs overhanging

It does, doesnt it? Both pics were taken off the wrist of my SA, who’s bout 5”4. But the new subs really do have a much larger, robust presence (admittedly I quite like), despite just a 1mm bump in dial size

She did it in a hurry too, which also explains the off angle; apparently the store’s pretty busy as they continue to host the showing of the new model demo pieces thru today.

Once we’re back from the road and pick up both pieces next week I’ll try to do a comparison w my 40mm sub (think many members have already done so this past couple days as some models were doled out to select clients)

Color me curious... I'm not skeptical, but I'd like to see a lot more pics of the new watches -- especially after the uproar in the original thread!!! ;)

Totally valid point, and I deserved it fully, even though it really was no lie. Have made plenty missteps in my life and that was one of the few I’d really like to have back
