Sky Dweller numerals

Anyone like the numerals on the SkyD dial? Just to give it some admiration and steer a bit away from the April launch speculation.

I’d love a RG chocolate with the Arabic numerals such as yours. Fantastic unfortunately rose gold just doesn’t suit me. + I have four sky dwellers already ha. Such A fantastic watch.

Which are the four? I love RG chocolate the combination really works magically for the SkyD and also in the Daytona and DD lines.

I guess that is standard for the Sky Dweller.

I like Romans, legibility is poor. Not an issue for me because I like looking at the dial figuring out what time it is

Weird. And look at the alignment of the "10" and "11" markers. It just seems off. I'm not a fan of the reference... so, I'll just stop there.

Stunning. This exact is my grail. Have been looking for one for a while now unfortunately price of the full bracelet has jumped through the roof. I am thinking trading my blue SkyD for this. Much prefer the earlier PM versions with Arabic or Roman numerals making them stand out from the index markers of the current generation. The numerals really fit the character of the watch as an annual calendar. These will be most sought after in the future ihmo.

Price is high but being the most complicated Rolex I think the PM SkyD offers a lot of watch for the money. I would take it over the other hyped SS references.

Sky dweller is a huge amount of watch for the money. Especially the steel models I think they’re massively underpriced even by Rolex retail price. It’s a lot of watch for the money.

Agrees. Just wish they made a reduced size. The 42mm and 14mm thickness is on the chunky side.

The older dials are the BEST!!!

They need to bring back the arabic/roman dials on the SkyD. Those sticks are not doing it for me on the SkyD. I was going to swap my RG Sundust for the Stick Rhodium but decided that was not a good idea.

The sundust dial is lovely. I don't think Rolex will bring back the arabic/roman dials. These have become the exotic SkyD dials.

Hahaha just browsing my old pictures. Here is one from the very first day I bought this SkyD - still got all the stickers on it. It was my very first PM purchase and it was big money for me. I remember I was shaking when I went to pick it up I was that nervous. :) :). Good good memories.

This is the first day I got mine. Was also my first real big money purchase. Funny how they get easier after the first one!

SkyD is my favorite watch. Both the SS and WG are sticks. The SkyD is a bit busy in its natural state. Adding Arabic or Roman numerals overwhelms.

Very cool. I like how the 4-5-6 are partially obscured by the 24 hr subdial. Gives it character.

I love them, have always been a big fan of arabics. The Daytona had beautiful dials, but now all we get is sticks and it makes me mad!
