Westime boutique Miami
The watch market has gone berserk in a year; constant frustrations and disappointment associated with what used to be a really fun hobby. I was fortunate to have found my niche as far as collecting goes, before it became prohibitively expensive to experiment. Yea, it still sucks that we can't readily get the AP pieces that we want, but it's caused me to explore other aspects of the hobby. Things like learning about the mechanics of movements, materials, and even other mico-brands, kept me in the hobby and highlighted that there's more to it outside of acquisitions. So, It's been a year since visiting the Westime folks in Miami, but while they still don't have the stock I'd like to see, I am glad to report they seem to have improved their corporate culture. The manager and my salesperson Jospeh have gone above and beyond to earn my business once again, between them personally reaching out and consistently showing appreciation, they righted many of my previous gripes. I hope they keep it up, and as seriously as I take writing a bad review (knowing how it can affect a business), I won't hesitate to give kudos where its due. Keep it up guys and don't make me eat my words.

Never been to the Miami one, but the one in the old West Side Pavilion in LA was always a favorite. Bought an IWC there and then referred a number of others for IWCs and Omegas.
