Opinions on Batman-Oysterflex

So I like to change up straps on my watches every now and then. Add a little variety. Was sitting around today with some time on my hands and I decided to try out an oysterflex bracelet I have with my batman. Looks ok and this could be great for golf and the beach. Thoughts?

I think this would look alright if you had the end link but you NEED the end link IMO. I don't like it without it.

IMO, it only works without the end link when there's better cohesion of color and texture. For example, I think it works fine on the YM since it's multiple matte black surfaces (dial, bezel, band). Therefore, the space doesn't look off or out of place. The other OF models (Daytona, SkyD) don't have that and need to create better overall cohesion.

For the record, I don't believe that this was what Rolex had in mind when designing different cases for the OF versions of the Daytona and SkyD (incorporating the end link) and not the YM, but I digress...

Went with the RubberB and very happy with it. I really only do it occasionally during the summer as a "fun" combo. Rest of the year it's back on it's bracelet.

Rubber B looks great. It does look good on end links, without the end links it looks awful.

I don’t like it either. Thought I would just reading it but it doesn’t translate to the pics posted.

Nope. Jubilee or oyster. If you prefer a strap, then definitely needs and end link.

I’ve seen one on a rubber B with a blue band running down the middle of the strap; definitely liked that better but if I ever get mine it’ll stay on the bracelet. All that matters is that you like it it’s your piece after all.

End links aren't required to do a strap... If it's something that's meant to look less refined, like a NATO, or even a two-piece textile strap. But this looks a little sloppy, IMO.

Not sure I'd go for the dual color, but blue would be good. For this watch, I think a fitted Rubber B-type strap would look better than OF + end links.

It’s nice, but I think a Rubber B or Everest strap would look more integrated and ultimately better.

I prefer the accent bling provided by either of the metal bracelet options. The rubber finish is too matte and doesn't accommodate the bling of the bezel, at least for me.

Nah, if they came on a bracelet, Rolex always look better on the original bracelet.

I would definitely go for the end links. Gives it a much more finished look imo.

end links and blue rubber strap (to match bezel) would be the only way I'd consider taking off the bracelet....just my opinion.

I've worn multiple GMTs on my oysterflex with and without end links. I've always enjoyed them. I think with end links it's much better but I've enjoyed it without as well.

I hate to sound insulting but I think your images don't really show it as good as it can look.

I have a rubber b on my batman but I really like the OF with the end links. Quick question . Where can I source a pair? Is the center polished or brushed ( as it looks really good ! )
