Well if I couldn't have a 6239 since it's over 10 years ago, then I would take a white-dialed 16520 with the Zenith El Primero movement. It's a bit more unusual IMO and the faster BPM is also appealing to me. Here's a fun link:

The latest model. Rolex has refined it and it looks modern and elegant. Just great for everyday wear.

Disregarding the 10 year proviso since that would give us the option of an A or P ser 16520 then the 116520, I would go for the 6265 Silver Dial Black Subs.
Still almost affordable.
