39mm is spot on for you, I can tell from the pic the 41mm chronograph would wear large. Great choice and congratulations!

Beautiful watch! I had debated getting this for a long time, really like the blue tone of the dial and the orange markers, it's unique and rare. I have had a few 39mm APs, they are such fantastic watches, love the thickness of the bracelet when compared to the newer 38mm.
