Great actor and always enjoyed watching his movies, I think the first movie I watched him playing was as Lex Luthor in Superman back in the days

Gene Hackman was an unusual one in that he retired from the business at a time when he was still in demand. Not many walk away leaving money on the table like that. He was definitely one of the best of my era.
