Problem with Rolex two years after service

Dear All,

I have a 1974 Oyster Perpetual Date Just which I spentover $1000 with Rolex two years ago getting it repaired and fully serviced. I now find that the crown tube comes right out of the watch and I can not adjust it. Is this acceptable two years after a major service with Rolex.

Regards

Charles

Shouldn't happen IMO, where did you get it serviced?

No, I would expect Rolex to evaluate and address the problem.

Have you contacted them to discuss this?

I'm confident Rolex Australia will remedy the problem for you without charge if you bring it to their attention.
