14060 on a Bond Nato....finally

I've had this NATO I got from Corvus that I wanted to put my Sub on, but I was afraid to remove the bracelet, because I had a heck of a time getting my GMT Oyster bracelet back on when I took that off a few months ago. So before I built up the nerve this weekend, I was wearing a Invicta 8926 in the Nato, and it looked SO GOOD, I knew I had to get the real thing on this strap for the complete authentic Bond look ( except I used a 20mm strap instead of the thinner version we see from the Bond photos). Anyway, it's on ,a nd looks great. I just hope I can get the SS bracelet back on when it's time.

That combination is an instant classic! I've never seen anybody wear a 14060m on a NATO though that wasn't a picture on TRF, funny how that works! I guess everyone with good taste hangs out here.

Looks great, Jack. The wider strap definitely looks better than that too-thin one Bond had.

IMHO one of the few Rolexes that looks truly at home on a NATO. Great combination!

When I see people experimenting with different bands, bezels, dials etc.
I consider such a search for a new look healthy and not at all a deviation
from a Rolex puritanical look that purists will have you believe.
In my time I have "created" some crazy looking watches and I am the first
who "created" the Yachmaster "Franken" Two-Tone look, long before the Rolex manufacture.
Who knows, they probably saw mine and decided to go ahead and "create"...

I have the same configuration and i love it too. Jocke you take awesome pictures. I recently saw another rolex nato configuration that was stunning, black nato on a white Milgauss. Check out Jake's rolex blog for a picture.
