16613 serial numbers?

Help!! new to this, found submariner two tone looks good but first buy so would like to know all is on the up and up,what should the serial numbers start with,2 tone blue 16613.Thanks in advance .Holtz

The serial number should start with a letter followed by 6 numbers.
The letter could be one of several e.g. "V,M,Z,D,F,Y....."
