Though choice... PAM00026 for me, but I am biased. I am left handed.

It would have to be the 249 for its historical significance. While the 26 is a great watch...it is a remake of the A & B series.

You better get a 249 quick...I think the prices are starting to take off again. The 26 on the other hand, the prices are declining.

I can get 26k on USD 9,400 and 249 on USD 11,000. How about that? So DAMN confused. Please give me your opinion and advice Tommisol.

Assuming they are both in mint condition and are complete with all boxes and papers...I would say both are priced at or near their current market value. I just think in the long run, the 249 will be the far better buy...it is so unique and historical...it is near impossible to copy that same dial design in another watch case. Since it a SE model, there will not be another watch in the future with the same look...different than the 26L ..which is already a remake. These are just my opinions.

Good luck on your decision.

TR - that's a hell of a price, I say go with the 26k still - that Cali dial just looks 'confused'

My vote is 249 and you are getting good prices for both. Get both if you can afford :)

I have negotiated an 04b (near mint condition) with all original box, papers and accessories and priced right at 14,000 SGD (right at 10k USD) from the owner here, I am thinking about possibly picking it up? Opinions on the price? Thanks in advance.
