Selling My Tudor Prince Date Day - What is it Worth?

Pix coming soon. This is my daily-wear Tudor oyster prince date day, I believe it is from the 80's (I am the second owner). 14K gold bezel and crown, blue dial in great condition. I replaced the crystal with an aftermarket about 3 years ago; it has typical light wear.

The original oyster bracelet with gold-plated mid-links was provided with the watch, but it is in rough condition and I never used it (used a strap instead). I took the Tudor-stamped clasp off and mounted it on a heavy aftermarket all-steel oyster bracelet; looks pretty nice. The sale would include the original bracelet should the new owner decide to pursue refinishing.

I serviced it when I bought it, and over the last year it gradually worked its way down to losing about 10 seconds a day, so I serviced it again a few days ago. I did not notice any abnormal wear in any of the parts, and it keeps good time now.

Any idea what this watch would fetch these days? I started wearing my DateJust while the Tudor was down for service and have decided the DateJust should be my new daily-wear watch.

I would sell it here, on TimeZone, or eBay.

Bump, with pics attached. Pardon the dust on the crystal. The watch overall really is in nice shape and has never been polished, so there's plenty of material left. I want to fund a future purchase. Would $550 be out of line? Experts please advise. I'd like to list tonight if at all possible. Thanks!

I ended up accepting a PM offer and the watch is sold and shipped - mods can you move this to the "for sale" section so feedback can be posted? Thanks!

Bit too late for that now.

I'll just close it.

Members may wish to take a look at Larry's thread regarding this type of thing.
