In case you have to take her off
I noticed that members here on the forum talk about putting down their watches in different ways if they have to take it off, let's say for going to bed...Is there a wright or wrong way to put her down and what will it do to or for the movement?

Some watches need to slow down at night, some need to speed up, it all depends on the personality of your movement.
The info Padi posted is in your booklet that came with your watch.

I have a small satin pillow on a marble pedestal.............
I carefully take it off, hold the watch above my head and turn around three times, stopping facing in the proper direction.. Bend over at the waist and place the watch on the satin pillow according to the positional requirements of the previous posts.........

I carefully remove the watch and throw it as hard as I can into the exposed brick wall in my bedroom.
Seriously, I take it off before bed and leave it crown up on it's side. Mark |

I place mine under the rear tire of my car. I wouldn't want my car to roll away.
