So What Are You Doing This Weekend?

It's Friday and not a moment too soon! I am looking forward to beginning my weekend and have different activities planned, some involving work, some involving fun and for one thing (working out), it can be a combination of work and fun! How about you? What's up?

Definitely do...it's great! I recommend the crab cake, chicken lollipops, lobster carpaccio, poblano potatoes, mac & cheese, onion strings, and if you like spicy, chiles toreados. We all know the only proper steak to order is a ribeye, rare ;) Except when a porterhouse is offered, which it sadly is not at this otherwise fine establishment. For dessert, the butterscotch creme brulee is amazing, and the white chocolate mousse is also excellent.

Launched the boat on Tuesday, got the mast up and the rigging tuned yesterday. I'm hoping to get it out for a sail this weekend, we need to load the rig then bring it in for final adjustments. Our racing season starts May 2.

Sounds incredible, Kaya! Are you making some of these dishes, buying them pre-made or will this be catered? Whatever you do, have a great time.

Those are fun Kaya. Years ago when they first came out (before I had my daughter who is now 12) I was a consultant/director.

I still have all my stuff from them and use it often. Fun recipes and products for sure.

We try to go at least once a month. (At least that is all I will admit to )

Ask to be seated in Mark's section... he is the BEST!!! Tell him and Jose (one of the Managers) that Scott and Marie told you to go there. According to Mark... our dinners there are what legends are made of...

Needless to say, we have a lot of fun there... great food and good people who run the place are top notch!
PM me if you need any details

I've got work most of Saturday and then I've got Aikido in the evening. On Sunday, I'm studying (as long as I don't find my way to TRF that is ) I want a holiday.

Paperwork, paper work, paperwork. Suppose to take some visitors to Penn's Cave, but it's going to be cold and damp this weekend. Doing my best to get out of it!

I haven't decided yet if I'm going to the office today, so my weekend may start today.
Tonight dinner with the family. Saturday morning at 5am I'm dropping my youngest off at the airport for a school trip to DC. Saturday night my wife and I are going to dinner and then to a pro soccer game. Sunday we may catch a flight to Maui for the week (still undecided).

We really like this place... Not only is the food excellent, it has a different sides that set apart from other steakhouses, but the people who work there really make it a great experience as well. If you end up down here ask to be seated at one of Mark's tables. He is a great guy who truly will make it a memorable meal.

I just finished lawn work before the rain that's coming. I'll play some golf and work in the yard/garden Sat. and Sunday. I'm going to make some flour tortillas this afternoon.
