Internal stress on Rolex motor?
I am curious about something, I run several miles three times per week. I run while wearing my SD. I don’t lift weights with it on that would be stupid. Does anyone else run or cycle while wearing their Rolex?
My point do you feel there could be any harm in doing this? I don’t think there is that’s why I do it. Since there is a lot of knowledge in this forum I am curious if anyone knows facts that would say otherwise. Thanks. |

John,
I like it quick on your feet. The problem with women is now you have to support two Rolex habbits. My wife has two which I bought as well. |

I still wonder if these watches are bulletproof... They can go through so much and still tick on and on
My mother just took out her 1979 DJ that she didnt touch for a few years... From just shaking the box while lifting it, The watch was already started ticking I can also bet its quite accurate if she wanted to wear it again! |

A Rolex is meant to be worn 24/7 and built to withstand all types of activities. Not meant to be kept is a safe for just looking at!
