Omega service...

Guys,

I have a Omega Speedmaster 3510.50 that I need to get serviced. It has stopped completely.

Can you give me an idea of what to expect as a cost for a full service?

Thanks,

Richard

I think I was quoted $500.00 from my local watch maker two years ago.

Send it to Nesbit seattle for a free estimate on repairs. I would expect around 500$ as well.

Nesbit's in Seattle would be my choice as well.

From what I understand the 3510.50 service is a bit more expensive than servicing a moon watch.

Richard, I recently had my Seamaster fully serviced at Nesbit's and the total was $450 including tax. That is assuming no replacement parts, and minus the cost of shipping the watch to and from their shop. The watch runs great, though I did have to go back (I live near Seattle) once for a regulation, and they did a great job in finishing the case and bracelet. Hope this helps.

I really hate being without my watch for a stupid battery change. I don't use omega anymore and found an excellent watchmaker based in the UK......chealwatch Ltd
Chris Heal FBHI watchmaker. http://www.chealwatch.com/Omega_repairs.html

His turnaround is much quicker and his work is faultless. Also very competitive. Hope this helps (although I'm not sure you are in the UK).
