Do you sleep ,shower , jog and swim with your Rolex .
i am always wearing my GMT 2 C for all above activities since purchase ( 3.5 month ago) , the only time I take it off is 75
minutes a day during my SQUSH game .

is that normal , or should I change my wearing habits.

I do pretty much the same. I wear my 16600 DS 24/7/365. After rinsing it off at the beginning of my shower, I take it off to prevent the build up of soap scum. I've found that, with this amount of wear (including a 5K daily run), I have to stop the watch every Monday morning to lose the minute or so it gains over the course of a week.

Mike

It all depends on which Rolex I'm wearing. The Sub stays on, the vintage Sub comes off for various activities and so does the Deepsea.

I sleep with mine on sometimes. I try to remember not to shower with it on, for the same reasons Mike stated (soap scum, skin etc). I never wear it jogging, because I don't jog or run. I find those two modes of exercise to be very very boring. I do wear it for tennis.

Obviously, whenever I am working on mechanical things, doing yard work, cleaning my car, or any situation where I might risk scratching the case, I remove the Rolex.

I pretty much put mines on & keep it on all day unless doing something that could cause damage.

I don't run\ jog but do a fair bit of cycling. Normally I'll put on my seiko skx0007. Any form of excerise - I don't really like the feel of a metal bracelet on my wrist. The skx007 has a rubber bracelet which expands more\ lot more comfortable if your forearms are getting pumped up. Also if I'm out with my mates maybe for a few pints at weekend. I tend to wear the 007 too. Few drinks, in & out of pubs especially towards the end of the night could be asking for trouble wearing an expensive watch.

I wear my GMT for everything, except sleeping in. (Once banged the wife's head with it, now it's banned )
But as it keeps just about perfect time if it sleeps crown up every night it's probably for the best.

I wear mine all the time.
Changed the rear brake disc's & Pads on my car last night and didn't take it off.
10k runs, work even my 2 week holiday in Lanzarote (going tomorrow) the Daytona is now part of my everyday life.
Saying that, i'm still in awe of it's beauty, feel special every time i look at it and am insanely proud.

I will only take mine off when I play golf. I don't know why but wearing watches gives me the shanks.

I don't wear mine whilst working out, for fear I'll bang it into a machine or bench or something. Otherwise, full duty! Working, jogging, shooting, parasailing, swimming, the whole gamut!

I put it on when I wake up, take it off when I shower, and I don't wear watches on the treadmill.

I don't sleep nor shower with my Rolex, just feels too weird. Jogging sometimes. But, the durability of a Rolex gives you the option of doing anything with it!

Sometimes I'll take mine off if I'm working in tight places on a bike or car, and sometimes I take it off to wash away the soap scum, but for the most part it is always with me.
