Back in the family, LV ceramic style....
This watch is something else...
First impressions: 1) It's a great weight and great profile. Not too big, not too small. 2) Just the right amount of "bling" . It flashy and unique, but classy looking. 3) I tried on both the black and the LV, and the LV is just much more striking 4) The bracelet is great. Althought I do prefer the extension on the DSSD. The extension on the Sub has the same teeth, but if functions the same as the extension on the GMTc, except longer. 5) I love the way it looks almost black at a certain angle. Also...the AD I was at had one more LV and 2 more Sub c's in stock that just arrived yesterday. You have to be in person in the store to get them though, and they will ship to you out of state tax free. If you are interested, text me (YES TEXT...don't PM me on here or it will not be answered...too much trouble). Ty @ (469) 360.1031

Congratulations Ty, GREAT lookin' watch! Just out of curiosity, on your warranty card what are the ending letters, LV or just V?

Nice LV! Congrats. Wear it in good health.
I can't speak for the new 116610, but my 16610 V has 16610V on the warranty card.

I don't get the LV -OV - V thing but the LV is simply the LV (Lunette verte). Here a picture of the Rolex shipping box :

The confusion is between what the web site says (LV) and what my warranty card says (V). From your pic, it's clearly LV and I'm just curious why my warranty card is marked V instead of LV?

Not sure. I had to put it back in the box and have them overnight it to me! Arrives tomorrow. But the odd thing was is that is was a "U" serial #. The Black Subc they had was a "V" serial. I wonder if the U was the new scrambled numbers and it just happens to be coincidental that the U scrambled to the first? hhhmmm....

My new 16610LV that I got this week has the new scrambled serial # too. It starts with an "A" serial but has another letter in the middle of the serial.

Welcome to the "new LV club" !
I agree 100% with your 5 points. I was very negative towards the watch before seeing it live. Now I really love it and am glad I have it.

Hmmm... I thinik the pic of that teal green Sub against that purple shirt just made
up my mind for me as to which Sub to go for. I think the black would 'go with' a lot more articles of clothing than the green, and although I have a fair number of watches to choose from, I don't want to be struggling with 'decor' decisions. It just ain't me.

Gosh, that GREEN dial looks gorgeous. How can something so beautiful NOT be 18K gold?

Okay, now I need to stop at all the AD's around here this weekend to see one in person!
It looks amazing and like others, I love the dial "changing" colors. -Pete
