Why have I been getting this message quite a bit in the last couple of days when trying to open threads?

Hello!!
Here Abel from Argentina: I´m having same trouble since yesterday afternoon!

It happens to me when trying to enter in some posts, not in every one, but in many occassions.
Even trying to enter in some posts I have participated before.

Is anybody else experimenting same trouble?
Kind regards, Abel

I started having the same problem. Saw this thread but got the same error message trying to get in

Read another thread which suggested clearing caches. I have a Mac and am not sure how to do that. Restarted the computer and the problem is gone.

Your computer isn't the problem, don't worry.

If you want to clear your caches on a Mac, it depends on your browser:

From Safari: "Safari" menu (top left), then "Empty cache..."
From Chrome: "Chrome menu (top left), then "Clear browsing data..."
From Firefox: "Firefox" menu (top left), then "Preferences" > Privacy > "Clear your recent history"

502 -Bad Gateway nginx Screen

Edit ... Merged thread.

Was curious as to who else might be getting a "502- Bad Gateway nginx" screen when trying to navigate through TRF or logging in to TRF. I have noted this intermittently over the last few days. In researching this, I have come to discover that it is an issue between proxy servers communicating with one another, and has evidently nothing to do with cookies or cache.

I am in Southern California and was wondering if this was "regional" or more wide spread.....if it has or is happening with you, please indicate generally where you are located. Let me know if I have to relocate!! I need my TRF Fix and get anxiety when I see that screen!!

Thanks!

(Mods....if this is in the wrong place, please relocate it to the right place. I thought that since this is the more active area, it might be the most visible place for this post. I apologize in advance if placed it in the wrong category.)

I've also been having this problem every so often over the last couple of weeks ( since the site went down). Doesn't seem to last too long. But I need my fix!

I get them at random intervals on both home and office computers. I even got a few using the backdoor recently. I have cleared everything, and still get them occasionally.

It's when you use the backdoor you get them.
