Introduction. Greetings all.

So, I jokingly (repeatedly) mention to my girlfriend that i want a Rolex for Valentine's Day. Imagine my surprise when on that day that will forever change me I recieved my first Rolex! An Air King. Blue dial. Man, that was the best present anybody, anywhere, anytime had given me.

Since then I have read every shred of Rolex related material I could find on the web and was thrilled to find this forum. I even went to see the AD who sold the Air King and he offered me a green Submariner Z series. He pulled it out of a drawer, it was not in the display case. He went on and on that it was a 50 year anniversary and that it was rare. I considered it a sales pitch, but liked the watch and ended up getting it. Now I love it! It has really grown on me.

Anyway cheers to you all, glad to be a member and can't wait to buy my next Rolex. Don't know how anybody could ever sell one. Both have become a part of me.

No sorry but looking at your link you have put your computer's G drive in the link. You need a web hosting site like Photobucket etc. Load your picture to them then use the copy facility to link your picture.

Cheers...

I think you did very well, since the "Buy Now" price for most of the LVs on eBay is $6,150.00!!!

And forget the professional help. The doctor will probably be wearing a Day-Date himself!!!

KansaiVet,

Prince is right. Forget the professional help. There is no help. There is no cure. I've had this "sickness" for quite a long time now, and it won't go away. Every time I enter a Tourneau, Bailey, Banks, and Biddle, Carlyle & Co., or any Rolex retailer, I just lose my mind... again.

See - here's a man who has come to grips with his "sickness", has embraced it, and learned to appreciate it!!! Good on you, Rodney...

Prince,

I bought a new Philip Stein Teslar last week to help with my "sickness", but so far it "ain't workin'". So, I'm going to look at some Submariners and Turn-O-Graphs tomorrow.
