Like you, I am also a new member. I personally think this is a good spot for you to be in since there would be many who are willing to give you advice and directions. Singapore is one of the best places to get a Rolex but do take care. If you are buying one, do make doubly sure it is genuine. Do always remember, in spite of the sickness, the more Rolex or vintage watches you keep, do longer your life-span is going to be. As for you, getting your dream watch is made easy since your wife shares a common denominator with you. (Not many are as lucky as you are.) Many had to go through a civil war before being able to get an 'old' watch. Strangely, there are many who still consider buying a new watch is better than buying an 'old' watch. One thing is sure, apart from some exclusive models, trying to sell off a newly bought watch is not going to be easy, unless one is willing to sell it off at a bargain. Thanks and regards. |

Hi orotek,
indeed, Singapore is a good place to look for rolex, whether they are from AD or pre-owned watch shop. For me if i'm to purchase a pre-owned rolex, i will diffinitely meet up the seller at RSC to verify the watch upon purchase. thanks for the advise... |

Hello, Fai. Welcome to TRF. Nice watch you have. You're finding that Rolexes can be addictive, aren't you. Welcome to the sickness.
