I just noticed this today on my M-serial SD. The watch is obviously relatively new and has no other issues with stretch on any other area of the bracelet - although I'm hesitant to call this "stretch" since it's limited to one side of one link on the 6:00 side. I cannot recall ever subjecting the watch to the kind of force it appears it would take to do this. It doesn't always manifest itself and isn't very obvious when on the wrist.

Is this a damaged pin, or something else? Is it something that a local Rolex-certified watchmaker can perhaps fix? I'd like to avoid having to send it to a RSC and being without the watch for several weeks for such a small issue, especially since the watch won't need to be serviced for quite some time.

Any thoughts or input will be appreciated.

There is usually a washer type steel cylinder that sits around the pin which holds the bracelet together inside the centre link. I'm thinking maybe it's cracked or something hence the link falls slightly to one side. Quite unusual problem though.

You mean from the 12:00 attachment side? Looks normal, nice tight even gap, no play.

No... I meant the back side of the bracelet/watch. Do you have a picture of that?

The outer links on either side of the last center link look bent in or worn to me. Did you buy this watch new or pre-owned? If pre-owned, what is the date code on on the clasp? Something does not seem right here.

I purchased it pre-owned from a trusted TRF seller. The date code on the clasp is PJ1, which I understand to be January 2008.

hmmm Jan of 08 is correct. Can you confirm if the inside edge of the outer links below the last center link are worn or bent?

I just looked at it with a loupe and I don't see anything worn or bent. That side just "sags".

Only suggestion I have is a bent pin.

Not as difficult to do as you might think.

Whatever the problem I think only a link replacement will fix it.

I would be willing to bet this is correct. I would take by your AD and get her fixed up, I would bet its an easy and inexpensive fix but what do I know...
