you didn't take it to a Rolex AD to check on it's authenticity?

Where are the luminescence on the hour hand and minute hand? The crown protector gaps seem too wide.

To be honest, the first thing that threw me on this one WAS the writing...its not so perfect. But then again, I can't say conclusively, just an educated guess.

Hrm, hard to say. The "SWISS MADE" font at the bottom looks a bit chunky, the coronet on the crown looks too small, and the subdial hands look a bit on the smaller size. But that could just be the way the pictures were taken. If you could post higher-res pics of the dial that might help.
The bezel is usually telling on any white gold replica - but this one looks pretty good. Kinda silly to drop that money on it without knowing whether or not it is authentic!

And another thing, why in one of your pictures is the subdial at 9 not reset to "0", whereas in the other picture it is but there is no indication of the large seconds hand running or the subdial at 3 going?

I'm no expert but the coronet on the crown doesn't look right.

sorry to say.. im sure its fake.
*you can clearly see a white plastic gasket under the crystal!!! *you can cleary see the laser etched crown @6 on the crystal!!!!! there is NO way you should be able to make that out. im sure there are more pointers, but im best at spotting fake subs- that's my subject lol.... *where is the lume on the hands? |

Great eye! It is way too big as well. I still haven't been able to find my laser-etched coronet haha

only the sharpest most keen eye, under a very bright light can spot the etching without any aid like a loupe. it is barely visible. it is certainly not anything like the large bold etch on that crystal! the real thing is a cluster of very, very fine dots and berly visible even under the brightest of lamps. it should also be slightly smaller than the example above too!
that watch is fake.. if im wrong, i'll eat my 16613. |

timeless-watches: Its not bad just glancing at it as a whole, but when you start to dissect each piece of the watch as you should when examining it for authenticity, SOOO many things are wrong about this one. Sorry mate, I hope you didn't really drop $7k euros on it or can get your money back.

Crown Guards look off, the coronet @ the 12 on the dial looks to be painted on... and what others above have mentioned, i.e. laser etched coronet, lume on hands, etc...

for me at the first glance - the chrono pushers, crown, bezel font, etched coronet, and leather strap end piece looked "off" to me... what made you to think it was authentic at that price? |

I would have thought a watch dealer would have been very dubious about this watch if he handled and inspected it. Just my opinion.
